These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the current regulations in Spain governing the Services of the Information Society and electronic commerce, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

The use and/or contracting of any of the services of this Website implies the express acceptance, as a User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of the Terms and Conditions described here.
SYNTETICA.AI informs that the procedures to carry out the contracting of the services provided are those described in these Terms and Conditions of Contract, as well as those other procedures indicated on the screen during navigation, so the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the services offered by SYNTETICA.AI.
Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by the Users during navigation must be carried out according to the instructions included on this website.
2. Contracting Process
2.1 Service provided by SYNTETICA.AI
SYNTETICA.AI is a page for generating documentary assets with the help of artificial intelligence.
SYNTETICA.AI may also offer the sale of software and subscription to courses among other non-limiting activities.
2.2 FREE TRIAL
SYNTETICA.AI may offer a Free Trial of various durations to introduce the tool and its functionalities.
The FREE TRIAL does not generate any right to refund or financial compensation for the User since it is a free trial. However, participants have full rights regarding their data and may exercise at any time the right of access, rectification, or deletion of personal data. These rights are developed in the Privacy Policy section.
This recommended service acts as an intermediary between Users and organizers. Through the website, Users can consult the prices of different events and contract online the service that best suits their needs.
2.3 Purchase of the service
To make a purchase, the User must access the website and enter the personal and payment data requested to process the purchase.
The prices established on the website include the different consumption taxes such as VAT. The automatic request system collects the data entered by the User.
The User must include the payment details of the contracted services. Once the process is completed, the User will receive an email confirming the order and with the identification number.
By making the payment, the Terms and Conditions set forth are understood to be accepted, which the user has been able to consult prior to the purchase or at any time.
3. Payment Methods
The payment methods accepted on the SYNTETICA.AI website are mainly Stripe and Paypal, without excluding the possibility of using other legally accepted payment methods.

The service is provided in the following languages: Spanish, English, Slovak, German, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian, Italian, Indonesian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Latvian, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovenian, Swedish, Turkish, and Chinese.
5. Sales Funnels and Advertising
SYNTETICA.AI may use advertising campaigns and sales techniques through which it may request certain personal data in order to offer the requested service, such as delivering a quote. In any case, interested parties can exercise their rights over personal data at any time.
6. Disclaimer
SYNTETICA.AI is not responsible for possible failures or errors in the service since it is under development and users are aware of this circumstance with this Disclaimer. Likewise, SYNTETICA.AI is not responsible for the texts generated by the assets at their own risk, being solely responsible for them.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The legal right of withdrawal is 14 days. However, the law provides for different exceptions due to their nature. One of them is when it comes to digital content without material support.
Nevertheless, at SYNTETICA.AI we want to offer you a commercial withdrawal period.
Thus, a right of withdrawal is offered in which, if during the next 5 natural days following the purchase, the user has not generated at least 2000 tokens from their plan, then they may opt for a full refund of the purchase price.
8. Claims Management
8.1 Maximum Liability of SYNTETICA.AI
The maximum liability of SYNTETICA.AI will be governed by the provisions of the national and international legislation that is applicable and, in particular, by the General Law for the defense of consumers and users.
8.2 Mode and Deadlines for Claims
In the event of having to make a claim, the User must do so through the SYNTETICA.AI website or send it by email. In addition, they must provide proof of purchase.
Within a period of one month, SYNTETICA.AI will be able to help/advise you to carry out all the necessary procedures that lead to resolving the incident. The User may grant access to the claim to third parties as long as authorization is provided.
The facts constituting the claim must be available for verification, without alterations. If it refers to any event that occurred in an offline or online event, photos, videos, audios, or other elements of proof can be provided.
If an agreement is not reached, the User may seek other avenues, such as Consumer Defense Offices.
9. Order Cancellation
SYNTETICA.AI will not make any refund for cancellation of services, unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 5 natural days following the purchase.
10. Service Unsubscription
Any user can unsubscribe whenever they want from the profile section. However, regardless of whether they have consumed the words or not, if the subscription is canceled, access to the software will automatically be lost.
11. Communication Channels and Social Networks of SYNTETICA.AI
Syntetica.ai uses different social networks to announce news about the tool, updates, and events, whose links are visibly available on the platform.
Complaints and claims published in that community will not be considered as presented since they have not been directed directly to SYNTETICA.AI. It is not mandatory to be in the group to be a user.
12. Supplementary Legal Regime
For everything not provided for in these General Conditions, the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the rest of the national and international legislation that is applicable will apply.
13. Fair Use Policy
All users of SYNTETICA.AI are subject to a fair use policy in which:
- - Users may not generate content with the help of scripts or automation tools
- - Users may not have multiple people logging into their account (there is a profile section where you can add members to your workspace)
- Warnings:
- - If our team or system identifies you for any breach of the fair use policy on the unlimited plan, you will first be blocked from using Write It and you will receive the first warning.
- - If a team member abuses the fair use policy, they will be removed from the account and asked to create their own credit-based plan.
- - Furthermore, if you continue to abuse our policies after two warnings, you will be completely banned from using Write It
- - If the platform member continues to breach after being notified, they will be given a second warning and will be given access to a credit-based plan.
- In addition, if you continue to abuse our policies after two warnings, you will be completely banned from using Write It. You will not receive a refund of any charges if you are banned.
